This garden-level condo sits on the edge of the golf course at Waikoloa Fairway Villas, just across the parking lot from the community pool, hot tub, grills, and gym. You can walk quarter-mile south to shop, grab a beer, or peruse the weekly farmers market at Kings' Shops, or head less than a mile north to check in for a round at the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. Waikoloa Beach is directly in front of the Marriott less than a mile west, and the Lava Lava Beach Club awaits one-mile southwest. The check-in process was simple and the condo was spotless when we arrived. It was much more spacious than I imagined with very high ceilings and lots of space in the open layout and master bed & bath. The area felt much more private & quiet than I expected for a golf course. We were only steps away from the beautiful, shared pool. The proximity to the restaurants, shopping, and grocery at both Kings & Queens shopping centers was perfect and, in fact, better than the options in Waikoloa Village. We also made full use of the beach chairs, cooler, and boogie boards while we explored the area beaches. Hapuna Beach was our favorite! ##### Sarah C.
