"Conveniently near the city centre, but not right amongst it all. Room was not as big as some other Mercure's I have been in, but comfortable and safe. May just have been the particular room that I had."

"A lovely boutique hotel in the shadow of St. Stephen’s Cathedral. The staff were very helpful. There was a welcome bottle of wine and some macaroons in our room. The minibar was free and when we requested it be filled with soft drinks the hotel complied. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated in a unique style. The bathroom had a bidet/wc combined alongside a big shower enclosure and sink. I’d definitely stay at the hotel again. "

"The location is excellent. It sits on a quiet cobblestone street, but you can walk to the MuseumsQuartier in under five minutes. The neighborhood has nice local cafes and feels less crowded than the main tourist areas. The room was clean and comfortable, but the noise from the tram could be heard in the night. The bed was good, and the bathroom had a nice shower with great water pressure. The staff members were really nice and helpful. This is a comfortable, well-located place to stay for a weekend in Vienna. Would happily stay here again."

"What a wonderful stay in the city of Vienna! It's location near the U2 station Stottentor was ideal (for me) and access to the inner Stadt was very convenient. The breakfast provisions were well-staffed and very well proportioned and delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable and my room had a stunning view of the Votivplatz church and had many electrical outlets for all my device recharging requirements! The staff was simply amazing! One staffer, who had become familiar with me, greated me at the desk with my door key in hand in anticipation of my arrival after my day of sightseeing!"

"Probably the coolest hostel over stayed at. Great amenities. I found it hard to meet people though lack of events. Staff was mixed, special shout out to the girl from South Africa but a few seemed annoyed by questions later on. Breakfast is worth the price! Free laundry included is a great bonus too"
