"We stayed at Marty's wonderful property on Lake Champlain for a few days during our 25-year Middlebury College reunion. It was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. The house is very comfortable and it's easy to feel at home here. Most mornings we headed outside to swim from our own dock, greeting the morning along with the birds and squirrels. "We had a large-ish group for my son's graduation from Middlebury College and could not have asked for a nicer host or place. The upstairs/main floor is really so much cooler even than the photos portray. You feel like you are out in the field with huge windows in every room. The basement is dark and cool and very flexible bed and roomwise. Everyone felt very comfortable and well cared for. Kara is a fantastic and responsive host and we are so grateful for the soft landing."
