I stayed here only 1 night but I wish it was more . The room was fantastic with its huge soaking tub and amazing views of Lake Champlain. The finishes are a bit dated at this point, but it was still a lovely stay with a very comfortable bed. The restaurant Bleu NorthEast Kitchen was delicious. I would definitely stay here again

The hotel was very nice and we had a lovely view of Lake Champlain. However, there was a lot of renovation work being undertaken on the upper floors and the sounds reverberated throughout the entire hotel for 2 of the 3 days we were there. Had I known in advance, I would have booked elsewhere.

This Marriott property has it all! Besides a beautiful lakeside site in Vermont's premier city, Burlington, this Courtyard by Marriott offers a superb combination of style, comfort, amenities, access, convenience and, most of all, a great front desk and service staff. Nothing is amiss!

3 stars for Great customer service, very responsive. Parking charge removed very quickly (we didn’t park), friendly check in. Nothing they can do to change the current situation. Really overpriced for the construction zone we walked into. It will apparently be very nice when complete, but in the meantime I would recommend avoiding if there are any other options. Nothing is open, ie gym, pool, restaurant - you can use a nearby hotel, but just stay somewhere else. Make shift lobby. Construction all around hotel. We were fortunate and had a view of parking lot instead of the construction - sold as “city view.” Just not worth the price AT ALL.
