Bed was clean. But it is under construction so it’s pretty weird and messy. The bathroom was dirty with mold and the wood around the door was rotten. No lift to our bedroom on 2nd floor (not sure if this was because of ongoing renovations) but receptionist was helpful and carried them up for us but when leaving the morning receptionist was busy and my husband had to carry both cases down himself. The room and bathroom were both very clean and the 2 beds were super comfortable. Super friendly and helpful staff. Cora's was great for breakfast. Short walk to a lot of retail and shopping. The hop on/off bus stop was close . This is not a place that's going to pamper and spoil you, but if want a good price, clean room and a good staff , this is for you. The location is fantastic, central and within easy walking distance to just about all landmarks and interesting areas in the YVR downtown area. All staff at reception were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are basic, but clean and offer comfort. We were on the third floor, and the building has no elevator which may present a challenge for some people. We would definitely stay here again.
