A cozy and soothing interior:

The fully renovated villa features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests (including 6 adults).

On the first floor, the open-concept spaces foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere and provide direct access to the magnificent garden and pool, allowing you to fully enjoy the outdoors.

- A beautiful, fully equipped Provençal-style kitchen opens onto the living room and the terrace. You’ll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
- A living room with two sofas and a TV, as well as Wi-Fi access.
- A first bedroom with two 80-cm beds that can be pushed together to form a large double bed, and a shower room with a storage closet and portable fans; a guest restroom.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms—two of which are equipped with ceiling fans for hot summer nights—and 2 bathrooms:

- A double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160), a large closet, and a desk,
- A bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a large double bed, a closet, and a standing fan available for use.
- A master bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm), a ceiling fan, a TV, and a sitting area with a sofa that opens onto a lovely private terrace
- A bathroom with a large walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and laundry area (washer and dryer)
- a bathroom with a bathtub and sink.

A lush garden to recharge:

Covering an area of 1,800 m² and secluded from prying eyes, the garden—planted with Mediterranean species—is a true haven of peace. You can swim in the 12-meter-long pool, relax on the lounge chairs, or try your hand at pétanque on the shaded court.

Located near Valbonne, in a secure gated community, the villa is the perfect starting point for exploring the treasures of the French Riviera: fine sandy beaches, hilltop villages, Provençal markets...
