Tutu Vacation Packages

Let me start off by saying the staff was truly amazing!!!! Everyone was always super friendly and nice. The only thing that I have to speak on is that we thought that we were getting bites from mosquitoes but I’m pretty sure that these are bedbugs that was biting us. So I did text the property once I got to Miami. I do have pictures as well. But, everything else was completely a good experience.

Loved the room and location

We had a great time staying at the Limetree resort St. Thomas. The room was clean and as shown in the pictures. The pool, poolside bar, restaurant, outdoor areas were really nice. The beach right on the property is awesome (do recommend water shoes as it is rocky at most entries as others have mentioned). Great snorkeling to the left side near the rocks where the water remains a bit more calm. Highly recommend renting a car to get around the island (and to St. John via car ferry) if you stay here. I would give 5 stars all around but I will say in a 1 week stay there was no changing sheets or towels in the room. Not sure if this is something we were supposed to call for or not. Additionally when you check in they will likely try to get you to sign up for a timeshare presentation at the sister property (Margaritaville). JUST SAY NO IMMEDIATELY AND SHUT IT DOWN. We were pretty much hostage in the lobby for 30 minutes before they gave us our room key wristbands while trying desperately to get us to sign up for a meeting which we declined. On top of that, the associate lied to us about the price of parking at some of the beaches in attempt to scare us into going to the meeting so we could use their shuttle and parking service. (None of the beaches cost $50 to park which is just ridiculous). Anyway really enjoyed our stay and the location on island is phenomenal… just wish the staff were a little more attentive and it could have been 5 stars.

My stay at Windward Passage Hotel was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I am requesting a significant partial refund because the condition of the hotel and lack of service did not match what I paid for. During my 5-day stay (August 28-September 2nd), I had to change rooms THREE times, which was extremely inconvenient. I also experienced lack of cleanliness through out all of the rooms I was switched to. Photos are attached showing a dirty remote, a moldy/nasty electrical outlet, a dirty bathtub, dead flies on the bathroom ceiling, and stains/buildup on the walls and ceiling. Housekeeping was another major issue. We specifically told staff they did not need to remake the beds or disturb our belongings—we only requested fresh towels and trash removal. Despite this, housekeeping came only ONCE during my entire stay, on the second-to-last day. I was told housekeeping would come in the middle of my stay, but that did not happen. There was also a serious water issue on the 4th floor. The water was brown/discolored and barely worked, making it difficult to properly shower and use the bathroom. I paid for a clean, sanitary room, functioning water, and basic housekeeping. Instead, I had to change rooms three times, deal with unacceptable cleanliness issues, receive minimal housekeeping, and experience barely functioning brown water. This was supposed to be a birthday vacation, but I spent a significant amount of time dealing with problems that should never occur at a hotel
