"Excellent house and pool! Everything you need (minus cooking utensils were a little sparse), but plenty of room and supplies for a family of 4-6 people. The house is next to a busy road, so the noise at night was an adjustment but was okay after we put fans on in bedrooms to block out the street noises. May have been worse since we visited during the County Fair week.Very convenient to multiple beaches!Would definitely visit again!"
"The home is very nice. Spacious and a great layout. The gathering areas on the main floor decks were perfect for our three generations group of 10. It was clean and well organized. Sadly were experienced the ultimate VRBO nightmare. On the morning of day 2, one of the downstairs toilets blew a geyser of nasty water everywhere in the bathroom. Not once but a second time when the third floor toilet was flushed. Then the clothes washer began leaking water! Water everywhere! We cleaned most of it up, but were afraid to use the bathrooms. We felt forced to vacate the property. Later that day a plumber arrived. We pretty much lost a day of our vacation dealing with this. The property mangement firm reimbursed us an amount that we thought was inconsistent with the disruption it caused us. Finally the location is ideal. Locked community, easy access to lake Michigan, minutes away from Holland which is a hidden gem...quaint, slow-paced community with an awesome farmers market, decent dining & shops. Highly recommend it."

"Home is great and ideal for a large family. Jerome the owner was very responsive. Provided a great deal of information about the Holland Community and things to see so if you are first-timer in this area you will find Jerome's suggestions very helpful. Provided a welcome basket with goodies and a 10 gift certificate to Captain Sundaes. I would highly recommend Captain Sundays. My family made several trips there. If you were looking for a great family vacation this is the home that you want to rent."

"Great Ottowa Beach cottage with loads of space and amenities. Owner is great communicator and responsive. House is loaded with indoor and outdoor seating areas for meals or gathering. Front porch and front patio became favorite places for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Relatively short walk to beach, parking, General Store, State Park. Great updated bathrooms, bedding, towels, etc. Beach chairs and two tote wagons make 15 minute walk to beach a breeze."
"The unit for great for our group; spacious, cool, clean, comfortable, and close to Holland State Park where other family members stayed. We could walk & bike in the area. There was a mini grocery, pool, and bar/restaurant nearby, which was nice. We will be returning."
