"Perfect for all our needs. Plenty of space and entertainment for all ages. The check in was seamless. Our party consisted of Grammy, her senior 18 lb dog, three adult children and four grandchildren aged 3 to 20. The 3 older grandchildren each brought a guest. There was plenty of sleeping accommodations and also play space. The 3 year old absolutely loved the play area with all the toys and the air hockey and Pac Man machine. Lindsey checked in on us several times. What a gracious hostess. Would highly recommend. Also looks like it would be amazing in the summer. "

"Classic campy lake house. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. There were some cobwebs, but we loved the big screened in porch. Lake itself was busy on the weekends but nice and quiet during the week. Sad that we couldn't use the fireplace or wood stove since the end of the summer in Maine can have chilly mornings. We would have booked again for next year, but the price has gone up significantly."

"Tiny Cabin... it is what it is. As it says on the front of the cabin this rental is small and simple, but if that's what you're looking for then it's great! The property was clean and the listing was accurate. For my husband and I it was perfect, since we had family staying in a lakeside rental two streets over. We slept and showered at the cabin and spent the day at the lake. We loved having the firepit outside for end of day fires and smores. Heads up if you're planning to stay here: the bed is FIRM. If firm beds aren't your thing maybe bring a mattress topper along with you."

"We had a wonderful stay on Brandy Pond! Ryan's hospitality and communication were top notch. The home accommodated our large group comfortably and we had an absolute blast playing on the sandy beach, fishing off the dock and testing out all the paddleboards and kayaks. It was so convenient to be able to tie up our rental boat right in front of the house. One thing to note if you're traveling with young children--the house is separated from the firepit/beach area by a dirt road. There was not much traffic during our stay but it's just something to be aware of. "
