This gorgeous lakeside retreat accommodates 10 guests in 3 bedrooms plus two additional sleeping areas The master bedroom is on the 2nd level of the home and is fitted with a king-size bed and beautiful lake views. The living area on this level has a trundle bed that offers 2 twin size beds to accommodate extra guests.  
  
The main level accommodates another 6 guests, two of which can sleep on the queen-size sleeper sofa. The 1st bedroom on this level features a queen-size bed. The 2nd bedroom on this level is equipped with 2 single beds along with a washer and dryer.   
  
☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆  
  
There are two full bathrooms, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay.  
  
The 1st floor hosts a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. It is located just off of the main living area between the two bedrooms and is easily accessible for the guests staying on the 1st floor.. The full bathroom on the 2nd level boasts a combination shower and tub. Worry about nothing with these thoughtfully stocked bathrooms that provide everything you need and more.  
  
☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING AREA ☆☆  
  
The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. This thoughtfully-designed home provides an Eat-In kitchen option and the dining area seats 6 guests at the gorgeous wooden table.  
  
The first living area is situated on the main level of the home and is kitted with an HDTV with a Roku entertainment system, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. The secondary living area, located on the 2nd level and also equipped with an HDTV with a Roku entertainment system , is filled with natural light shining through the large windows. Enjoy the spectacular natural surroundings while soaking in the warm sunshine of this blissful oasis.

The exterior area of this home boasts gorgeous views and ample privacy. The front porch overlooks Lake Sebago, allowing you to appreciate the breathtaking views from this exclusive retreat while you prepare a meal on the BBQ. The back porch leads guest directly to the cozy fire pit for all to enjoy. When the sun goes down, get comfortable and enjoy a family movie night by the fire! HD Projector, Roku Streambar, Projection Screen, and all other essentials are provided for guests to make memories that will last forever.

Please feel free to use the gas grill. Grills need to stay 5-10 feet from the home. Please clean the grill after each use. If you run out of propane, please check for the backup tank.We appreciate a notice if you finish a tank so we can replace it between guests, or if you refill a tank at a local establishment please send us the receipt and we will happily refund the cost of the propane.

We had a great time. Very cozy lake home. Comfy beds, good communication with host. Very quiet. Kids loved the games and we had a lovely time at the fire pit. Would recommend! A note for other guests that this property isn't directly on the lake and access is a bit down the road (although I think this is mentioned in the listing description).

Overall nice it was a pleasant stay. Nice location and very comfortable. The outside spaces needed some maintenance.

#### Artsy and welcoming!

The neighborhood is quiet and safe and our kids went right to coloring as soon as we entered the home. The house is charming and welcoming. The house is dog friendly and kid friendly so families can relax and enjoy nature, together! The dock was a short walk and our kids caught bass constantly. No keepers, but they were thrilled with so much activity. Lake Sebago does not disappoint with the views. We drove to Naples, only 10 minutes away, and did more fishing along the nicely planned bridge. There are benches and paved walkways for families to enjoy the views and fish. We also enjoyed dinner and ice cream in Naples. There were many local restaurants serving up delicious lobster menus. I highly recommend this house and area for a family looking to get a lake vacation experience.

#### Beautiful home

Beautiful redone home, just what we were looking for. Although there was a little confusion with how to get to the docks, we thought it was a lot closer than it was and the maps were not very clear. The neighbor was very sweet and walked us down to 2 areas we were able to use. Otherwise a lovely stay.
