Sebago Vacation Rentals

"To be honest the Casino was fun ...... I hadn't been a guest at the hotel until last night and ...... Im not very impressed. They wont allow you to charge food to your room. The food options are lacking... I also did not really enjoy that.I wasn't able to call down to the restaurant and have someone bring it up to my room for me... Honestly, you would think that a hotel that prides themselves on people literally blowing their money in their casino would amp up their customer servicee."

"Our room was wonderfully spacious and made our stay quite comfortable. It was up to date and clean. Everything was great. The only improvement I could suggest is the breakfast was lacking. Everyday was eggs in some form and sausage. Would have loved to had a choice of bacon one of the three morning we were there. And maybe a french toast or pancake option. "

"The rooms were excellent. The staff was excellent everything clean people are so nice up there. We will be back in another month and already booked a room in Stamford, Connecticut at that location thank the staff and thank you for all the good service."

"Hot tub and pool both needed to be cleaned. The botton of the toilet in my room was gross, clearly had not been cleaned at all recently. At checkup the staff was too busy talking to acknowledge me checking out as even ask me how my stay was. "

"Horrible stay, staff harassed us the entire time, had to do “ mandatory” 3 day cleaning when no one else heard of it. And they haven’t been back since "
