« I’m not sure where to even start with this review. All I can say is “what a view” every morning we woke up to the beauty of Thomas Pond. Every night we went to bed under a sky full of stars. The home is a perfect lakeside retreat. Comfortable for our family of 3 and 2 more guests in the guest house. We could have all stayed in the main home but the separate homes was perfect for our situation. Fishing, paddle boarding and kayaking off of the pier every day was so much fun. Great kitchen to cook...

« Absolutely fantastic stay! The house is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities to stay in. However with such a great location to all that Portland has to offer taking a quick walk to whatever strikes your fancy is highly recommended. The bakery on the corner has great coffee and baked goods. We didn’t need much from Doug but when I messaged him he was very responsive and accommodating. The beds are extremely comfortably. The location is quiet, within walking distance or a quick uber...

« The only big issue was that the VRBO listing gave us the wrong address. It sent us to Scarborough instead of Saco. Luckily we were familiar with the area and I knew that Saco was close to Old Orchard Beach, which was mentioned in the listing, so I did a google map search of the same address in Saco and it looked like the pictures. My elderly parents were relieved that we didn’t get scammed. Lol. The place was clean and large and easy to get on the highway. It’s 2 and a half baths, not 3 full...

« Clean, comfortable home with easy access to Portland, the beach, and outdoor vistas. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to boil “lobstahs” and shuck oysters for our group of seven with ease, and the fire pit on the deck was a great place to have a glass of wine and discuss our adventures of the day. We travelled with our Yorkie and the artificial turf kept her feet clean during her trips to the backyard. A nice place in a quiet neighborhood! Looking forward to our next trip to Old...

"Bel hôtel. Propre. Nous avons pu emmener notre chien c'était un vrai plus. Il y avais un petit espace pour les besoins des chiens à l'arrière. Le petit déjeuner est correct et c'est appréciable de l'avoir. Des pancakes, omelettes, pain à tartiner et autre. Sympa de pouvoir jouer au billard gratuitement. Il y a des restaurants aux alentours et nous avons pu y aller à pied (five guys, chipotle...)"
