A wonderful stay in the heart of Toronto We had an amazing stay at the Shangri-La Toronto. The hotel is beautiful, luxurious and exceptionally comfortable, with friendly and attentive service throughout. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and everything about the experience felt special. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return.

Compared to other Shangri-La s Ive stayed at in other countries. This one felt a bit cheap with the layout, decor and snacks/bar in room. Very cash grabbing. Tacky lobby too. But the food as BOSK for breakfast was delicious the housekeeping staff are lovely to speak with and the room size is very big.

We enjoyed the Shangri-La Toronto so much that we returned for a second stay during the same trip. Once again, everything was excellent — the hotel is elegant, beautifully maintained and incredibly comfortable, with warm and professional service throughout. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring the city, and the consistently high standard made both visits feel special. We would return without hesitation.

Beautiful hotel and spacious room. Very comfortable bed and everyone working at hotel was friendly and helpful. My room faces the main street and I could hear siren in the middle of the night. I would stay here again despite of the uncontrollable noise.

The staff was amazing since the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. The room was clean, the bathroom was really nice. We tried the Boreal bath bomb and another bath salt, both made our mini staycation relaxing. We also had afternoon tea at the lounge. I am vegan and I was not disappointed. Each item burst in your mouth with flavour. Loved the whole experience. Z
