Our stay at the Grand MONday Ginza was fantastic. We couldn't have been happier. The location was great, the check in/check out process was easy, and the room was even better than I hoped. The neighborhood is walkable and there are plenty of konbini for snacks and coffee. The hotel is very close to a metro station (Takaracho), and there are a variety of restaurants and cafes nearby (be sure to check out Akka for exceptional Thai food).

We were a family of 4 - 2 teenagers and we had a good amount of space for Japan standards. Rooms were clean, washing machine/dryer was great as I could put the washing on as we went out for the day and when we got back it was fully dry. Lawsons and 7-11 super close which was probably the teenagers favourite lace to try all the different things. Staff very helpful. Around a 10 min walk (max) to the train station, which had a great choice of trains to get you wherever you were going. Overall would definitely recommend

"The hardest mattress I have ever slept on in my life. Staff was fine, just kinda there. It was a mass check in from the bus unload, we just felt like a number hurried through. Never really interacted with staff after that. We ate our free breakfast as first time clueless Americans, we figured things ..."
