I wanted to move a chaperone and 2 children that he was taking care of, because chaperone had let me know that there was drinking & partying in the next room around 1am. Kids didn't feel safe (We were there for a church service at the time, I booked 5 rooms) Night manager wouldn't let us switch rooms, he was rude and kept questioning my decisions as to why I didn't book connecting rooms, or that drinking is allowed as long as they keep it quiet.....We switched rooms the next day when a professional helped us, I was very disappointed in how this was handled. I will not be booking here again. The entire 3rd floor heavily smelled of marijuana 24/7\. I am pretty sure there are people living at the hotel based on all the garbage left in the hallways and the smell, and the screaming babies. The hotel staff is friendly and thankfully the entrance doors are locked at all times. The lobby is beautiful. Great location. Typically, there were homeless people hanging around the doors.
