"One of the elevators is broken. Not enough luggage carts. And the ice machine on my floor was broken and I had to go up or down a floor to use one"

"I didn’t drive so I can’t comment on parking. Room is nice. Staff is very friendly and breakfast was good, same thing everyday. But the coffee is very weak and lukewarm all the time, I think they should just put one of those automatic coffee machines that grind the coffee by order that way it will be fresh hot and strong. That’s really the only thing I can complain about. "
