« Mi experiencia en este hotel fue buena en algunos aspectos, pero también hubo cosas que necesitan mejorar. Lo que más me gustó fue la piscina, el amplio estacionamiento y la excelente ubicación. Está muy cerca de las principales atracciones de Branson, Missouri, así como de restaurantes como Golden Corral, lo que hace muy fácil desplazarse. El desayuno estuvo bueno y el personal fue amable y brindó una buena atención al cliente. Sin embargo, la limpieza de la habitación fue una gran decepción....

« So I stayed at this hotel about 5 years ago when it was the RADISSON HOTEL and it was beautiful and clean. This time... not so much. You can tell that it has so much potential but definitely needs to be upgraded. There was no charging port for my phone near the bed. No microwave in the room. We were on the 7th floor and when we stepped off the elevator, the smell was not welcoming. Once in the room, it was better but still lacked "clean" or beautiful. Its wasn't a bad experience, it just...

« We had a clean room. The breakfast was fair. The coffee was not satisfactory. It tasted old or something. There was no creamer, we asked for it and was told they did not have any. 😳 »

« The room was clean and comfortable even though it was tiny. The staff was friendly and helpful. The building is very charming. We didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant on site but we did order drinks at the bar and enjoyed them on the patio which was lovely. The only negative thing I have to say is that the entire building has an odor that is very off putting. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. »

« The hot breakfast was a good variety and had something for everyone. The staff was helpful if you had a need. The shower in my room was designed for handicap persons. My only complaint was mold. It was molded all the way around the edges of the walk in shower. »
