« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Easy check in. Free parking. Room was very clean. Breakfast was ok. Plenty of hot water for showers. Beds and pillows were comfortable Air conditioning worked great. Very convenient to all the shows. Nice quiet area away from the busy town area. »

« We were placed in the second building and the room had no place to hang up any of our clothes. There was no closet only one towel rack. There were four of us staying for three days. Only had three washcloths had to go and get more washcloths ask for more coffee never got more coffee. The ice machine did not work so we had to go to the other building every time we wanted ice. No microwave so had to go to other building to use the microwave. Have stayed there before and it was excellent. If I stay...

« This is my favorite hotel in Branson. I've been here twice with my family for my kids' dance competitions. Both were at The Mansion, which is next door and an easy walk from the hotel. They have the friendliest staff on the planet and a great breakfast buffet — AND a dessert bar that opens at 8:30 p.m. each night, including cobblers and ice cream. The hotel itself is a bit older but maintained pretty well overall. My specific room seemed to have an issue with dampness. The A/C cooled the room...

« Old hotel. Ok for the price. Room was a bit musty smelling. Just not up to the hype it received. I would rate it as average. Price was excellent. Breakfast was ok. Typical of most hotel breakfasts. But the real plus was the warm cobbler and ice cream served in the evening. Really enjoyed that. »

« This hotel would be 5 stars if they put some more time into cleaning it. Our sheets had stains and hairs on them. The flooring looked nasty and had Not been vacuumed. The carpet and towles also had stains. I felt dirty the whole time. We ended up buying some sheets from Walmart. But I will say the plus of staying there is having steamy joes! Best breakfast and coffee in town! »

« Had very experience staying at Element -Branson. Very impressed with the way the staffs welcomed us and check in process. They were so kind and helpful. Room was so clean and very comfortable. Had pleasant stay . Breakfast was super good with lots of of options along with live counter. Would definitely recommend this place . »
