Designed with modern elegance, this 5-bedroom, 4-bath home has 11 beds and offers privacy, serenity, and direct nature view. You can bring up to two pets (fees apply). The key features include private fenced heated plunge pool (April 18 to Mid November), fenced pet area, Hot tub, EV charger, wheelchair access, and ample parking. This new house has hand crafted mid-century furniture and beautiful paintings by a famous local artist. The sunroom has cozy furniture for you to relax and have a fresh cup of coffee. The lower level deck has a hot tub and sitting area. The upper level living space can host a large group of guests. It has large dining tables, sofa beds, and an island with bar stools. The lower level living space has a 75" smart TV and sofa beds. The kitchen has all the utensils and cookware for your cooking needs. The stove has a built-in air fryer where you can prepare healthy snacks in no time. There is a coffee corner for you to make freshly brewed coffee or simply use the Keurig coffee machine to get a quick cup of coffee. The kitchen closet has large utensils and pots and pan set. The master bedroom has a handcrafted midcentury queen bed, shower, vanity, and large walk-in closet. Three other bedrooms also have handcrafted queen beds where you can sleep comfortably. All bedrooms have new mattresses and bedding that will help you to have a sound and refreshing sleep. There are three hand crafted bunk beds. The house has access to high speed internet and all TVs in the house are Smart TVs. The main attraction of this house is the private backyard that is accessible only to the guests. It has a fenced-in area with a patio swing and play area. All bathrooms have body shower and shampoo dispensers. Bathroom towels and essentials are kept under the sink in each bathroom. There are extra supplies (e.g. towels, pillows, comforters) in the master bedroom closet. The entire house with all amenities and space is for the guests. 16 people can sleep comfortably in the two levels. Use stairs to access the ground level (for fire pit and fenced area). For our group of 8, it was adequate. The heated feature was a game-changer, allowing us to enjoy it every single night despite the fall chill. House had plenty of space. The main beds were comfortable but the pull out sleeper beds were not. The pool, which is a plunge pool is really small for this size house. No one even got in it because it was so small, even the 3 kids. The hot tub is a nice feature and was used. Would have been nice to have a TV on the main level living area, main TV was downstairs in second living area. Location is good and place for the most part was clean. We had a great time enjoying Branson as a family. Check in was easy and host communicated ahead of time and really no communication needed after we arrived. The house is laid out incredibly well for large groups with plenty of space for all ages to enjoy. We especially appreciated that there was enough seating, dinnerware, and towels for the amount of people that this place sleeps AND there were kid plates, cups, etc. The only thing missing was a baby gate for the stairs. The only thing I would suggest adding is mirrors in the bedrooms (for people to get ready) and a TV in the main living space. The home was very comfortable and relaxing with everything from the beds, to the linens and the jacuzzi. It’s location is very close to the main strip and Silver Dollar City. It’s in a small and quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed sitting in the sun room and watching the falcons soar around us. We were extremely appreciative that Ms Veena accommodated us on such short notice and everyone from age 9-40 loved the property. The main floor master suite was roomy and comfortably outfitted. The main floor kitchen/living/dining/sunroom area were well-lit by all the windows that looked out over the lake. The kitchen was outfitted with all the utensils and cooking appliances for a leisurely homemade meal (you don’t always want to eat out!), including thoughtful extras like coffee and tea pods, fresh ground coffee for the drip maker, loads of extra spices, even the little extras you forget, like plastic food bags, napkins, foil, dish soap, etc. The lower second-story floor featured four good-sized bedrooms, sharing two large bathrooms between them, on either side of a cozy living area and with access to another balcony. It was just minutes from Branson and Silver Dollar City, but on a very quiet street where other homes are still being added. Check-in instructions, as well as check-out instructions, are brief and easy to follow. The one time I needed to get in touch with the host, she replied promptly. Of note (and this is just a personal preference), the beds were on the softer side. We prefer firmer, but plenty of people love sinking into bed! The house was very clean, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The house is off the beaten path, so to speak, but still within about 15 minutes of all the fun stuff Branson has to offer. The hot tub was a huge hit with our bunch for sure! The beds were extremely comfortable! The host was very nice, and communication was great! There were a couple of small issues: we were unable to find the lake access we thought we would have from the property. I was under the impression we would have a trail from the house to the lake and there was not. Also, we were a large group and showers were a problem because we kept running out of hot water, so if you are staying with a large group keep in mind that you will need to space out your showers accordingly. We had 8 adults and 4 small children, so it was difficult to get everyone ready because we would have 2 or 3 people take quick showers, then the hot water would run out and we would have to wait.
