Hotel Grand Victorian

"The hotel is beautiful, our room was wonderful and breakfast was great. My only complaint is lack of housekeeping. We stayed in the Executive Suite for 5 days. At checkin I was told there was no room cleaning.If towels,toilet paper, soap etc were needed you had to fill out a card and leave on door by 10am.They are placed in a plastic bag and left at your door by evening.Even bed sheets. You must even make your bed if you want fresh bedding. I'm sorry but I did not pay this much money to a hotel to do this. No vacuuming, no clean bathrooms or toilet.I expect that at a rental on the beach. Not at a nice hotel. I was not aware of this policy when I paid in advance."
