Adventure awaits in the historic fishing village of Rockaway Beach, which is located on the shores of Lake Taneycomo, a part of the famous White River Basin. Anglers come here from far and wide for a Trout fishing experience that is second to none. Rent a boat at the nearby Marina (2 blocks away) and travel a few minutes upstream to Branson Landing for a unique dining and shopping experience. The space From the moment you walk in you feel as if you are at a special retreat at the lake. The cabin has a rustic theme and the outdoor space comes to life at night with the campfire and string lights. The deck, BBQ and fire pit area is a shared space. Guest access Guests have access to the entire place including the outside campfire pit and BBQ areas. We loved having the shared firepit sitting area and used it every morning drinking our coffee in front of a crackling fire on the cool October mornings. We also used it some in the evenings when we grilled steaks and then made s'mores. The cabin remodel is really cute and cozy inside. It's not a full kitchen, but the sink, microwave and refrigerator were what we needed. Would definitely come here again. The host was quick to respond.
