"We very much enjoyed our stay at Puri Gangga Resort in Ubud!
Eventhough it is not far from shops, it is luxury hidden in the hills with beautiful views of tropical forest.
We very much liked the way they had decorated the hotel with quality buildings, ancient statues, fountains and antique furniture.
We loved the food. We had amazing breakfast and dinners. They even cooked the tenderloins correctly.
We had a number of very effective, professional massages. My long term foot injury finally...

"Beautiful place and great service all around. It is not convenient to get around and some distance from town. But if you are looking for a calm place to rest and chill, this is excellent.

"Beautiful piece of heaven in Northern part of Ubud... although 45 minutes further than the center of Ubud and all the activities and sightseeing but definitely worth the drive. The most beautiful pool in Ubud . Gorgeous property, amazing staff, great restaurants and food options, nightly entertainment. Just amazing."

"I’ll start with the warm welcome i received at the airport from James: He was very lovely and communicated effectively from the time of pick up til drop off at hotel. The staff at the hotel itself were also very lovely and communicated effectively with me, they were very attentive and made sure all my inquiries were answered. "I had a great stay, rooms were very clean, the building is old but very well maintained, staff are super nice and helpful. Location is excellent and everything is at walking distance. Only thing that was very annoying was the shower, the head is fixed and not adjustable meaning if you are a short person like me you will have difficulty washing your hair! Other than that it was a great stay, highly recommended."

"This property was one to die for. The rooms were strategically located with hidden privacy for the streaming pool attached to the room. The inside shower was a work of art even though inside the room gave the feel of outside. The high ceilings which were handcrafted were a work of art.
The dining area with the high ceilings have a warm feeling. The which prepared by the kitchen staff which seemed to be cooked to order was absolutely delicious.

"The costumer services was excellent, the property clean, nice room, good breakfast, they offer tours here so you don’t have to worry if you didn’t book in advance, the only thing it’s important to know, is not located in central Ubud, its like 15-20 minutes from there, but they offer free shuttle once a day to drop you and pick you up.
They also have shuttle service to the airport for a fee."
