"Great beach house overall! Parking is a bit tight under the house but there’s also room to park in the gravel driveway. The grassy/sandy path to the beach could be more cleared—but it was still usable and convenient (pic included). No mosquitoes during our stay (fabulous), and the yard was perfect for our dog.The location is unbeatable—directly on the beach. The house felt a little smaller than we’re used to, but the photos are accurate. There are four nice bedrooms with big beds and TVs in every room except one. Bathrooms had great water pressure, drained well, and always had hot water. We also loved the outdoor shower with hot water and also a hose—perfect for rinsing off.The porch is huge with plenty of seating. It quickly became one of our favorite places to relax in the mornings.Bathrooms aren’t attached to bedrooms, which actually made them more convenient for everyone to use. Lots of hooks for towels and bathing suits, and the house came with a generous supply of towels.The kitchen has a good amount of counter space, a large sink with garbage disposal, and an electric stove. Bring extra paper towels and your own detergent if you’re staying for a week. Driving on the beach in the section in front of the house wasn’t allowed, which meant less crowds and more space.All in all, a comfortable, well-stocked home in a perfect location. We’d definitely stay again!"

"The arrival and check in process was seamless. It’s in a great location when it comes to being near the beach and great food options. The house was just as described. Everything we needed was available. It was a great location to stay before boarding the cruise ship. 20 min drive to the port. We would stay here again. "

"My family used to stay at the Seascape when we were growing up and I think I took for granted how great it was when we started staying at other places. It’s the perfect place to stay as a family. Mikey and Svetlana have managed a wonderful condo and gave us all the information we needed. The kids loved the bunks and the king size bed was so comfortable! There were plenty of linens, towels, pillows, blankets, and kitchenware to take care of the week. The place was spotless and well set up. There are fishing poles, umbrellas, boogie boards and beach chairs. The pool and beach are easy to access and perfect for the family especially with it being on the first floor. Book with them! "

"Condo owners were great communicators from the beginning of the booking process throughout last day there. This condo is freshly decorated and well laid out to maximize the use of space. The large master bedroom has a private bathroom and balcony that felt like an upscale experience. The other sleeping spaces were very comfortable also. The owners have outfitted the kitchen with anything you might need including a coffee pot and keurig. There were plenty of dishes, bowls, glasses, and utensils. We relied on paper plates mostly, but the cabin had a small dishwasher for occasional dish items we used. Evertything is SO convenient. Both balconies overlook the pool area and the beach! The condo also had a storage room just around the corner with beach chairs and other beach items to use. It was super convenient to keep our ice chest and beach items there when we would return from the beach and avoid crowding the condo or bringing in unnecessary sand. Another thoughtful gesture by the owners was providing beach towels for guest use. It was nice not to have to pack bulky towels from home. The ac was nice and chilly, but if you get too chilly, you will have the nicest, cuddliest throw blankets to curl up with. My teen daughter is determined to find blankets just like the ones they had in the living room. The entire experience, felt so rich and we wouldn’t change a thing! We hope to return many many times. "
