Summers County Vacation Packages

DO NOT BOOK AT THIS PLACE! I arrived at night in the pouring rain after a long day of driving. The office was locked, with a note on the door saying to call this number. When I called and asked to check in, I was told they had no rooms because of a “water problem”, despite the room already being booked and paid for in advance. I was left stranded with nowhere to stay, and the guy could not have cared less. I said, “You couldn’t have called people to give them a heads up so they could make other arrangements?!?” He shrugged it off, saying, “That would be something for the day shift to do. I’m the night shift.” I now see that this place has multiple listings on Expedia, and lots of other people have had my same experience. Expedia is “working on” getting me a refund, but they can’t get in touch with the proper representative at the property. (Shocker.) I made it clear to them that they need to remove this property from their page. Any positive reviews are clearly a sham. The employees at the gas station nearby said a bunch of homeless people stay at that hotel. Save yourself the headache I just went through and steer clear of these scammers.

The place was very clean but front staff was not existent at all during check in and check out process,

Ok

Our room was very clean and beautiful. We probably chose the smallest guest room as our bathroom was teeny tiny. But we were only there one night, so it was fine. Lewisburg is just so fun, so we toured the town and ate at Food & Friends, which we recommend. The Inn’s restaurant was not open the night we were there. The staff were friendly and helpful. Any room that was open is allowed to be toured. We highly recommend this beautiful Inn, but spend a little more to get a room with a nicer bathroom.
