"Was a gear location we had an amazing few of mt fuji from our room beds were comfortable and shower had great pressure, staff were all lovely and were great with English Only down side was the breakfast wasn't the best most things were served cold don't think it was worth the 4200yen for two people , other then that was a good place "

"I never would have believed that the best meal of my Japan trip would be French food cooked in the shadow of Mt. Fuji, but life is funny sometimes. This place is FANTASTIC! From passing Google translate back and forth with the sweet proprietor, to soaking in the private onsen after a long day of walking, to watching Mt. Fuji out my hotel window, I loved every second of staying here. The location is fantastic as well - it's about a 10-minute walk from the touristy areas of lake Yamanaka, but that small distance makes all the difference in terms of peace and quiet at the end of the day. Can't recommend this place enough. And again: get the dinner package!!"
