« The bottom floor with the sauna, onsen and showers was incredible. There was a staff only door which was a little concerning near the bedrooms (which do not have a lock) but my group did not have any issues during our stay. The check in was a little troubling, we get there at night. »

Personnel disponible et souriant : seul bémol, ne parle pas beaucoup l'anglais, la communication est parfois difficile mais il fait le maximum pour répondre à nos attentes et nous renseigner. Bien situé (près de la gare pour aller à toutes les attractions des environs."

Bain très agréable malgré le froid car la vapeur maintient une ambiance chaude autour. Très belle vue sur la montagne. Petit déjeuner occidental moyen. Repas du soir excellent : varié, copieux, fin. Une très belle expérience dans le repos de la montagne. "

"L’hôtel est bien situé mais vieillissant. Il est à rafraîchir pour retrouver de la modernité. Par ex aucune prise USB ou USBC. Mobilier tres old school. Les onsens sont bien mais là aussi, les infrastructures mériteraient d’être retravaillées (porte des toilettés défectueuse par exemple). On y va pour la vue."
