"I started out in one of the original cabins. My toilet didn’t work so the staff put me up in a room at the lodge. The room was clean and had a beautiful view. The staff went above and beyond to see that my stay was enough to rank a return visit in the future. I can say that I will definitely be back again. "

"This is the only hotel in Barbourville, so it is most of all convenient. The staff is very nice and helpful, and the rooms are clean. It is on a busy highway, so there is some traffic noise in the early morning particularly."

"This was a very charming house in Cumberland Gap. We were in the area for an event for LMU so the location was excellent. Everything was provided so that was a plus. The house was a 1928 house which gave it its charm. The books that were displayed were so interesting along with the family photos and albums. The only drawback which was not a big problem was that the refrigerator was not a full size fridge. It was probably a medium size fridge and it did have a freezer as well. Overall everything was great and it worked out wonderfully for us. We would definitely stay here again!!"
