"It’s a great and amazing place to be honest the only thing i don’t like is the staff is sooo pushy when it comes to the timeshare thing. it’s the worse part about the whole thing. Other than that the property is amazing and i’ll come back as many times as i can. Spacious Peaceful And So Clean"

"We had an excellent 2day stay at Hyatt Harrisonburg location. Staff was so nice and accommodating….breakfast and restaurant were great…. Would stay here again…the room was roomy and comfortable…."

"Front desk gave us no information at check-in regarding parking or anything else….just handed me a key and looked at me. All the info was in the key folder, but that felt a bit weird. Room was very nice. I didn’t love the barn-door style bathroom door or the door less shower, but that is just personal preference. It was all very clean. Loved the bar and the bartender, Mitch, was great. Really nice college town and campus. Nice convention center. Overall a great stay."

"We have been here twice and it is a great National Park facility. Rooms were clean. This is a bit rustic. TV cable had only 9 channels and no phones in rooms. Views were limited as trees blocked views from rooms. Food was OK but menu was very limited and it seemed that a few more staff may have improved speed of service. We still recommend this location but you need to be prepared for this location. Big Meadows is also another location a bit further along the drive. Slightly different food menu but power was out when we stopped by. Seems like a nice facility too."
