Staff and owners are easy to communicate with. The information needed for check in, stay and departure were easily laid out. If you need a place to stay while having business to do in the Cooperstown area, I highly recommend KC's and best of all your pet is welcome."

"First off the property is under construction. Does this interfere with the stay? no The property is clean and neat and safe. I was there in a business trip. And did nightly take out from the restaurant where everyone was super helpful. I did not use their facilities, which is why I gave it a four. I could see them, but I can’t really read them more than that. I would definitely stay there again and I probably will stay there again."

"I loved our stay at this property! The room was more spacious than we originally anticipated. The outdoor space was beautiful and allowed us some space to ourselves. The morning coffee was delicious, and we got to enjoy it on this enormous covered porch, which allowed us to stay outside while it rained and enjoy the morning air. My husband even did a little catch and release fishing on the lake. All around a wonderful stay with friendly staff and a delightful ambiance. We will return next year! Thank you to Sabina and crew!"

"Very nice comfortable room and very reasonable price, we booked twin beds and were pleasantly surprised to find out that each bed was in a different room so we had lots of space! The motel is old-fashioned with a large breakfast room, 3 cozy living rooms and chairs outdoors . They don't serve breakfast but tea, coffee and water are available 24/7 and there are 2 nearby diners , both are good plus a really nice pizza restaurant , all within walking distance. The owner, Sabina, is so very nice and helpful , we didn't see her this time because she was at their other hotel , The Lake House,but we talked with her and we saw her when we stayed at Lake House in 2024. The only issue we had was that there wasn't much security, the front door is unlocked, luckily the rooms can be locked , and although Richfield Springs is probably safe, it was unsettling ."

"Rented this place for a romantic getaway and the listing was so nostalgic just had to experience itThe place is gorgeous. The owners put such thought and money into little items.Couch is exquisite not made for lounging but the bedroom was extra comfortableCheck in and out was no issueThe owner Chris was super responsive to questions. We had an issue with the internet speed and he was faster than 5G coming down to look at the box.The owner has beautiful pictures posted of the property I have included all the special items The description of the property was excellent just note the grounds is shared with other rentals so privacy is limited. Check out is 11am and they were already setting up tents at 10am.Only negative I would like a closet or rod to hang clothes I still give 5 stars... Totally recommendWhen in town you must visit Bridge St diner.. Walking distance and so good"
