Overall the primary areas were clean, but I think more effort needs to be put into things like cup holders of the coach, shower drains, coffee filters, and sweeping. I won’t go into detail, but hopefully the cleaning staff will be informed of these things that guests notice. There is a large grassy courtyard and every evening everyone was sitting on porches and the kids would play baseball, soccer and all kinds of sports. My 8 year old was in heaven! The pool is very large and I loved being able to take stairs and not having tu wait for elevator! There must be a law against high rises because there were NONE which I really loved. The apartment was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed… clean, white sheets, extra blankets for the cooler days, beautiful kitchen, dishwasher, washer and drier and an electric grill…The unit had games for the kids and is close the the Aligator Farm and the St. Augustine center with the amazing historic places, night life and… the ice cream… I wish I will be able to move there tomorrow ☀️ ##### Liliana C. This property was perfect for our family! The three bedrooms and two bathrooms gave us plenty of space to sleep and get ready. The master bedroom was fantastic! We loved waking up to an ocean view! The living area and kitchen were comfortable and spacious and also had an amazing view. We enjoyed to balcony, too! The pool was fantastic and we loved being about to just walk out to the beach whenever we wanted to go. Everything was super clean and comfortable! Thanks for sharing this excellent space with us! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly staff who made us feel right at home. Their warm hospitality and willingness to assist with any questions or needs we had throughout our stay really added to the overall positive atmosphere. One of the highlights of this rental is its quiet location. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle, it offered the perfect retreat where we could unwind and relax. The peaceful surroundings allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation without the distractions of city noise. It was the perfect setting for early morning coffee on the balcony, where we were treated to stunning beach views that took our breath away. The property itself was immaculate and well-maintained, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious living area and cozy bedrooms made it easy for our group to relax after a long day of exploring. The proximity to the beach was another major plus; we could easily access the sandy shores and enjoy long walks along the coastline. All in all, this rental exceeded our expectations in every way.
