The staff were friendly, but there were a number of issues with the room - one being that the aircon/heating didn’t really work. I booked a corner room with two views and it apparently is a common problem. Eventually we were given a heater.
The hotel is really well placed for Central Park (5 min walk) and Time square 10/15 min walk. It’s near several underground stations.
The customer facing staff were lovely and helpful - rooms could do with a bit updating but we were very comfortable (ask for a kettle and you’ll get one)

My stay was very pleasant! Stayed for work and hotel was very quiet. Bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. Hotel staff was very friendly. Will definitely be staying there again.
