The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although...

« This was a great place for our short stay. The most important thing to us was the dog friendly atmosphere for a reasonable price, which we found here at swell life. The home was clean. You can see the sound/bay and the ocean from the deck. If you sit in the right spot you can watch the waves roll in and in the other spot watch the sun set and its gorgeous colors over the sound/bay. You can hear the ocean at all times. We always like a oceanfront view and although this wasn't an oceanfront view....

« Our stay way excellent. While the property is not on the water, access to the beach is a very close. The property was clean and their bed was really comfortable. The water was a little too cold to enjoy swimming without a wetsuit. Also, due to a western wind bringing some bitting flies it prevented hanging out at the beach. « This condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was super clean and had all the amenities you would need. The covered deck was perfect to sit at even when it was raining a little the first day. We enjoyed some great sunrises, relaxing, and reading books out there. Very easy access to the beach. Great location to get to restraunts, breweries, and stores. Even walkable to some of them. This was our first visit to the Outer Banks and will definitely be back. Hope to rent the same condo again! »

« Even though it rained several of the days, we still enjoyed the ocean from our balcony on the second floor and did some Kitty Hawk exploring. And there were so many close excellent recusants to chose from for dinning. The place was clean and well supplied with kitchen utensils etc... But didn't realize there was an elevator until the 2nd day but was so grateful for it being on the 2nd floor. Only improvement would be that someone would have been in the office, which was closed due to short...

« The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the short walk to the ocean. The bicycles (4) that were listed for our use all had flat tires. One tire even came off the rim when we tried to move the bike. The bike pump that was provided did not work. That was a disappointment, because we would have enjoyed biking in the area. The appliances could use a bit of an update too. »
