« We had a great time! Condo nicely decorated and supplied with all necessary items for cooking. The beach was fantastic. The six of us enjoyed our stay very much. There was one situation not related to the condo but for wheel-chair people. For access to the beach, it is easier to cross the small portion of sand in back location. But access was cut off. Can a new rule be applied for wheelchairs having access using the back location? »

« This lovely home could not have been better. Every single need was provided for, and then some. Some of our favorite things about it were the simple but lovely decor, the extreme cleanliness and neatness, the fresh scented linens, the great location in a sweet neighborhood. We loved the fire pit in the back, drinking wine under the stars. We loved“downtown” area. The owners went out their way to be kind and helpful. This is one of the nicest vrbos we have stayed at, and would love to return....

« The property was very clean and the inside was very well maintained and plenty of amenities. Walk to the beach was easy even with young children. Check-in and out and all communication was simple and painless. The outside of the property was usable but a bit neglected- there was an overgrown patio area and a slightly rickety deck. Overall a very.nice stay! »

« Great deck, simple furnishings. A/C has a remote & works well. Deck is very nice & peaceful place to hang out. When you get there the key boxes are under the deck/not intuitively near the door. Lower key box does not open so we had one set of keys the entire time. (we didn't care but can be inconvenient). Kitchen has no basics, like oil, spices etc. Just something to note. There is NO pantry designated. Lots of glass ware, cups, & plates, frying pans, stovetop stuff but no cooking sheets...

« We truly enjoyed our time at the Cape. The house was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped with new kitchen appliances. In a nice neighborhood. Only a few issues. Clothes dryer did not work. Upstairs toilet flushing mechanism was tricky. And downstairs dehumidifier had no instructions and would have overflowed had we not discovered that it drained into a closet. We tried reached out to manager and owner but heard nothing. But those things didn’t affect our trip much. Just caused some...
