It is pricey for only 2 people considering the house was in a repair state but a family with a lot of kids would definitely get full value out of the space. « We stayed here with our family of 6 for two nights and it was the perfect size. It is quiet, everything is well-maintained and it is a great place to crash after spending the day at the Grand Canyon. It is rural and high efficient, so be aware it has internet, but it was sometimes better to just use our cell phone service and the water pressure is low in the sinks (the shower was okay). The property managers were great and very clear in their instructions and communication was never a problem. »

« I can’t T say enough about how the owners have thought of everything for this gem of a place. Thinking flaming, where it’s quiet, serene and away from the crowds of the GCNP. An easy drive to the park. On the way out stop at the pizza place and pick up a tasty dinner! The hosts have everything else you need. « Ces petites maisons mobiles sont proches du Grand Canyon et reste une bonne option pour ceux qui ne peuvent se permettre le village. Par contre, l’intérieur laissait à désirer; des meubles brisés, la machine à café qui ne fonctionnait pas, la cuisine pas très propre et pas de lavabo dans les salles de bain. L’air climatisé faisait un bruit d’enfer et nous avons dû la fermer pour la nuit afin de pouvoir dormir. Bref, cet endroit pourrait bénéficier d’un meilleur entretient. »

« Lovely little cabin/tiny house. However, I’m not sure how 8 people could comfortably maneuver. The kitchen area was extremely small and would have been difficult to seat/feed even 4 people. Perfect size for two! The location is perfect for exploring the south rim of the Grand Canyon. And, the house is located in the middle of nowhere so no light pollution - clear breathtaking starry nights! Only complaint - why no paper towels? That seems like a fairly easy convenience to provide. »
