The indoor dining table and other sitting places can comfortably seat 8 guests. The custom kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances and we provide basic cooking pots and pans. \*\*\*We DO NOT provide condiments like oil, salt, peppers, etc. Guests are welcome to bring their own condiments for their cooking needs.\*\*\* All bedroom features brand name mattresses and quality linens. • We have Oven. \*\*\*We DO NOT provide baking sheets due to cleaning issues. From highway 64, take exit of Woodland Ranch Road and drive for about 3 minutes on the unpaved road, and park is located on left side. The tiny home is located within Sage Valley Mobile Home Park. • Park is located on the left side. This road is an unpaved road. This cabin is super close and easy to get to, accurately described. It is a tiny space that is well used. The one issue was the insulation. We went in February. The home was warm in some places and freezing in others. I imagine that in the summer some areas in the home will be very hot and temperate in others. The home feels sterile but that's neither here nor there (I care about those things). It was very clean, and otherwise exactly as described. A bit pricey but I guess that is average for the area. ##### g b. Der Innenraum ist geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Leider gab es Mängel bei der Sauberkeit. Auf dem Kühlschrank, den Schränken und den Rollos befand sich ordentlich Staub. Die Rollos waren teilweise schon stark beschädigt. Größtes Problem war, dass es kein Warmwasser gab. The overhead loft is only about 4' to the ceiling, so better for wee ones. There was a ton of emails sent from the manager/s of the property; somewhat excessive. I was happy that the Tiny home was an option, and it's. not too far of a drive to Grand Canyons o the location was pretty good from that respect. We were a bit surprised to find the Tiny Home, along with several others, were simply in a field off the. main road. It felt a bit like a horror movie. Thankfully, it was safe and there were no issues with that, it was just a surprise. When we arrived, our unit had also not been cleaned. We arrived fairly late, and had to call the manager and wait for the cleaning staff to tend to the unit. They were very polite and apologetic, however it is just not a great way to start off the trip. Inside the Tiny Home is quite nice. The wood panelling is a nice touch. We found that the kitchen was missing many utensils and bowls, etc. They did warn us that there are no baking sheets, however there are also no cutting knives or bowls. There was also no dish cloths or drying towels. The hot water was also only available through the shower. We left it running in both sinks for a very long time without any hot water coming through. There was also no water pressure in both sinks, so you would just get a dribble to do the dishes and brush your teeth. All in all, I was happy to have a place to sleep, however I would not stay there again. ##### Sarah C.
