Grand Canyon Plaza Hotel-South Rim

Grand Canyon Plaza Hotel-South Rim

8/10 Good
"Very clean. Front desk was friendly. You could hear a lot from either side of the hotel though. We were on the first floor and there was a door that led to the outside and a door that led into the inside of the hotel. A little noisy with people walking by. Otherwise it was great for a single night we stayed."

"Only complaint was the fridge got overlooked in cleaning- last user spilled something. Otherwise this was an excellent 2nd choice lodging after our Bright Angel reservation was cancelled with the flash flooding. Staff at GCH&S were amazing, super friendly, professional, surprisingly efficient in managing the massive crowds at the great breakfast offerings, comfortable beds, great showers, thankful for water & ice…. Very much appreciated this stay as it was a last minute meeting of our needs for 3 nights. Thank you!"

"The staff was amazing, rooms clean and spacious with a refrigerator. It was like staying at a resort but at a hotel price. Minutes from the south rim. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Coffee and tea supplied, but no bar. Walking distance to the surrounding businesses. Wildlife right out the door. Clean pool and hit tub as well."

Bright Angel Lodge – Inside the Park

Bright Angel Lodge – Inside the Park

10/10 Excellent
"Bright Angle Lodge was awesome. Hotels.com gave us a receipt for the correct booking, but when they booked our stay at the Lodge, it was made for the day prior. The staff at Bright Angle Lodge spent the time to help us figure out what went wrong, and even changed our booking to the correct day, and upgrade our room! It's a beautiful rustic lodge sitting right on the south rim of the Grand Canyon. They even have a restaurant the serves breakfast and dinner. I would highly recommend this wonder lodge."
