Grand Canyon Hotel and Suites

Grand Canyon Hotel and Suites

10/10 Excellent
"The property was clean and modern enough for a 1 night stay while checking out the Grand Canyon. We didn't access the pool but could see it was pretty busy. The breakfast was fine other than them having run out of several items and the employee refusing to bring out more due to having to ration their stock. So that was odd. The breakfast staff member with the moustache and nose ring wasn't the most pleasant and pretty dismissive when I asked about it. Oh, and the bananas were black and practically mush. Why even bother putting them out at that state of ripeness??"

"It was peaceful and beautiful at the same time however, not all cabins have back patios facing the trees. There were a lot of wildlife roaming around, which made it even more exciting. The rooms were very clean however, I think they could’ve done a better job cleaning the carpet other than that it was a great experience."

"The Sleeps 8 home we had was just right for our family of 4. It had its quirks, but for the most part worked well. The water pressure for the kitchen sink was low and would not get the hot water heater to kick in. The air conditioning was either not working or not strong enough to keep the place cool. Thankfully the outside temp drops quite a bit at night."
