"The room was adequate and the view spectacular. It was a second floor view room. However finding the room after dark upon arrival and lugging my heavy suitcase to it proved problematic. We wish Guest Services had told us the exact entry. Our room was in the middle of the building and you had to use the central entrance which is not marked well from the outside. Parking is difficult as the spaces stay filled the entire time. Best to arrive before dark! But we had hiked part of the South Kaibab...

"The property is continently located in the Grand Canyon village. However these is no dedicated parking, even though parking is close it fills up quickly. This is a shame as they could easily make of dedicated as there is plenty of parking for other visitors who don’t have luggage. The room was great and very comfortable The staff could have been more helpful and available. Upon arrival a man at the desk asked if they could help and we said we’d like to check in but he then said he couldn’t...
