"We stayed here at the end of our 5 Great Lakes in 24 hour trip. It was exactly what we needed. The lake was perfect; the sitting area made it so easy to stay down there for the day. Lots of room! The cottage itself was perfect. Ample living space and the bedrooms were great for each of the 3 couples. Jim and Lori were fantastic hosts and very responsive leading up to the trip. Would absolutely recommend and return if we had the opportunity!"

"We love Hubbard Lake and this cabin is clean, well decorated and comfortable. The only concern would be the steps down to the dock are very uneven and if your older with knee problems, it could be a problem. The owners are great and respond to a message very quickly."

"We stayed for 3 nights and had a great weekend! It was the end of our 10 day Michigan vacation, so I got to stay home and do laundry while my husband and son went fishing all day. I enjoyed my quiet day with Netflix and Amazon Prime movies, and they enjoyed the area for fishing. My son LOVED having a piano to play, and he HATED that his mom beat him several times playing air hockey :) Our dog loved the daily walks around the lake. People were so friendly as we walked by. Couldn't have asked for...

"Had a nice weekend staying in this cabin. It's very clean with plenty of room. The kitchen is bright and inviting and it was nice to sit at the table to enjoy morning coffee. The ceiling fans, variety of lighting options and abundance of outlets were a bonus. The owner is flexible and helpful if you have any questions. First time to Hubbard Lake - beautiful lake and friendly people."

We took advantage of the kayaks that were available and rented the pontoon as well to cruise around Sage Lake. The host was easy to get in touch with and quickly responded to any questions. We would definitely stay here again."
