« Cleanliness was tops. Distance to Heathrow and ease of shuttle to the airport were great, but we expected it to be free. When we called to book, and ask about a shuttle, we found out it was available, but no one mentioned a per person fee....we had spent all our pounds so we wouldn't take any home to the states, and the driver didn't have change for a 20pound note, so we had to use a debit card. Minor annoyance, but... »

Gros plus : aire de jeux à l'extérieur avec toboggan, tyrolienne, petit circuit goudronné avec des tracteurs pour enfants (1 £ le tour)... « The staff were very friendly and helpful. They accommodated us by making take away breakfast boxes because we had to leave early. Typical pub/inn with typical pub food. Under new management, so they were adjusting. The location was perfect, right in town and we got there early enough to get parking on site. »

"L'hôtel est situé au bord de l'autoroute. Il y a de la circulation sans discontinuer, même la nuit. Une meilleure isolation serait bienvenue. La chambre, à deux lits une place, était grande, avec un grand bureau. Il n'y avait qu'une seule chaise, dommage alors qu'il y a largement la place d'y en mettre une seconde, ce qui serait normal pour une chambre pour deux. Un plus appréciable : un plateau avec une bouilloire, 2 tasses, thé, café, sucre, lait mis à disposition. Bonne connexion Wifi. Parking gratuit juste devant l'hôtel. Il y a un Costa café et un McDo à quelques mètres à pied."
