"I am very disappointed with my recent stay. We arrived to find our room was not ready at the promised time, which was already an inconvenience. Once we were finally able to check in, the condition of the room was unacceptable: the air conditioning was non-functional, the sliding door lock was misaligned and did not secure properly, and the bathroom was poorly cleaned with visible mold. To add to the frustration, the level of service was lacking; when we checked in, the front desk was actively handing out cookies to other guests but neglected to offer us the same, which felt dismissive after the delay we had already experienced. I expected a much higher standard of service and maintenance from a DoubleTree."

"Honestly, the room was very clean. My only complaints would be that the AC doesn't stay on and will go off after a certain amount of time. We also encountered an ant and a cockroach in the bathroom."

"Breakfast was a waffle machine and tiny youghurts -- not "full breakfast" on the website Mini-fridge squeaked every 2 hours walking me up The shower tub felt squishy like I could fall through at any moment. And do not get room 211 -- elevator noise is horrendous A different room without problems would have been a good review."

"House was clean and equipped with necessities. Kids enjoyed playing outside. However we cannot on the fire pit in the game place area and was too cold. Owner just send a link in youtube but it’s not helpful.Bbq equipment was not working properly . (Need some cleaning)Though kids still enjoyed their time and had a good weekend getaway."
