What I liked is the staff are great any problems you can go to them they will try to assist in any way that they can they are always there if you need something and they're just great at Motel 7

The staff is very friendly, and has gotten to know me by now, greeting me by name when I arrive. The provide little bags of ice upon request, and even hunted down a wine opener once when I forgot mine. I like the sound and ambiance of the fountains too.

My stay at Motel 7 had been wonderful. Alfie and the rest of the worker guys are so generous the staff is on point and its quiet clean with great hospitality. I absolutly recommend. 10/10

Very convenient to the freeway. Although it is directly behind the freeway, it is very quiet....you don't hear the traffic....you don't hear noise from the other room guests.....you definitely are able to get a good night's sleep....Staff was friendly....Vallejo's best motel....all the others are rowdy, noisy, and unsafe...will definitely return again...

The motel is very old and outdated but has everything that a person would need and is located off the beaten pathh. I was very comfortable here and actually more relaxed than I have ever been in a long time. Slept like a baby. The only drawback I could see is that this motel doesn't accept pets, so if you have a pet.. forget this place. Very friendly staff. I have absolutely no complaints about this place or the staff. Thank you staff and management I really enjoyed my stay

Compared to the way it used to be, this place is like a new world! Everything is clean and freshly painted. They keep the place up nicely. The rooms are not the Four Seasons, but they are clean and in good condition. Each room has a microwave and fridge, and even a little coffeemaker. The TV service has been upgraded. Not the greatest neighborhood, but for the price it is a good place. I commend management for turning this place around.

The aera was fine for California. The staff was very nice. The seem to be clean, the next day I found my but and legs with bed bug bites. The grosses thing I have ever experienced. I call in and the staff said they would treat the room. How about a refund of my room.

Drug infested and was not clean heat did not work. No breakfast! Staff was rude.Talking about her tooth was hurting. Blankets were thin like jail sheets. I wouldn't come back here if it were free. Horrible
