"Front desk staff was very kind & helpful. They were able to hold our bags after we checked out which was great so we could spend the day at Universal. It was hard to turn the shower on, even with instructions. Free welcome drinks only available from 5p-7p was a bummer so we missed those. Fine hotel, walkable to universal if you are fit, uber is only about $10."

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome with their exceptional warmth and hospitality. A special shoutout to Beatrice, whom we met during dinner, her generosity and kindness were truly unforgettable! The room and property were spotless and spacious, and the complimentary car service within a 2-mile radius is a fantastic perk. Even though we only stayed for one night, you helped us create memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you all!"
