Small but absolutely beautiful room downtown with classic decor that made it feel like a guest room in an estate rather than a hotel. Staff were attentive and friendly. We arrived after valet service had closed, but they took care of the car anyway. Walkable to food and shopping.

We love Hotel 43. The location is perfect for downtown or a trip to the university. It is always clean and quiet. The staff is very helpful.

Bed very comfortable and nice shower. Easy access to downtown Boise.

My stay was relaxing and worry

Checked in, the staff had changed my room. Which was totally fine at first. I was sleeping when a maintenance worker banged on my door and startled me and my girlfriend. He kept on asking me to come to the door. I told him we were assigned to the room and he said that there may have been a problem with the lock. We had to go back to the desk (begrudgingly) and update the room. The staff was professional, particularly Mr. Gray (he was fantastic). The whole situation was just really inconvenient. We were exhausted from our travels and just wanted to be left to our own.
