The lady at the reception was very helpful. Having a bus stop right in front of the hotel made it easier to go to the center. The size of the room and the bathroom were sufficient.

Very helpful at the front desk

The front desk was all kind and smiling, even when handlung a long-winded, uphappy guest. That's the real test of a property. The room lovely, quiet and clean.

We rented three rooms for two nights. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves were nice and clean, although dated. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best and the TV was all static. The buildings on the outside are not very clean or welcoming and the hotel itself is in a sketchy area. There were gunshots behind the hotel one night, and we were not sure we were very safe as a homeless person camped out overnight on the stairwell beneath us. There were signs saying there were security cameras, but we looked closely and couldn't find any actual cameras. The hotel was convenient to our family in Ballard and easy to get to downtown from, and it was much cheaper than some other places. We pretty much got what we paid for, but we won't be back.

I liked that it is pet friendly and enjoy the breakfast bar.
