I really enjoy staying here. On this occasion I arrived close to the spa facilities closing but the lady on reception (an Irish accent) was really helpful and explained that it was ok to go in and she would keep it all open for another 15-20 minutes which was just enough time for me to relax and unwind after a hectic day. I stayed again 2 days later and arrived in plenty of time to really enjoy the facilities this time.

This is the worst hotel that I've ever stayed in. It was dated with horrible old furniture. The bathroom was horrible. The hot water tap moved when I tried to turn it on and a dribble of water came out. The shower looked dirty so I didn't have one. The tv was awful to work and I couldnt find any channels. Someone was smoking on the floor so everything smelt of cigarettes. It said there was car parking but I was charged £12 and the app was riddled with adware. Never again. Just a hostel at hotel prices. Truly awful!

Location for early flight is perfect. Breakfast starting at 5am is also a great asset and the breakfast was very good. We had an issue with the chair in our room needing cleaning and we brought it up to the front desk staff who were horrified by that and extremely apologetic. The room was sizeable, quiet and the facilities are excellent the lift is quick which makes for a pleasant experience.
