« Très confortable, accueillis comme à la maison. Compte tenu du cadre général et du standing de l'hôtel, il est dommage de devoir partager la salle de bain entre les différents occupants. On attendrait d'un tel lieu que chaque chambre ait sa salle de bain. »

« We have been coming to Chico every year to participate in the "Wildflower" bike ride. This by far has been our best stay. It's location is actually at the beginning of the route. As well, as a superb proximity to Bidwell park and downtown. We look forward to staying here again next year. »

« Nice place for a short visit. Excellent yard for a dog. Comfy bed, wonderful bathtub, small but functional kitchen, great heating/cooling, love the electric car plug in, perfect parking, and great neighborhood. Property managers are excellent. Things for the owner to consider are noise from washer and dryer and smell. I think you had some smokers stay and the smell really lingers. »

« My daughter and I loved staying at Rebecca’s place. It was sparkling clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The AC was already turned down to a comfortable temperature for our arrival and cold waters were in the refrigerator. Rebecca messaged throughout our stay to check in and see if we needed anything. « My husband was doubtful about booking in the country over a garage but really it was great for us and our small dogs. The place was roomy and Debbie has put a lot of attention to detail. Everything we might want was right there. Including a great view of Mt Shasta and Lassen from the deck. The location might not be for everyone - can’t walk to a cafe - but it was 10 min from downtown Redding and our dogs loved going outside off leash around the building. We would choose it again. « The guesthouse was just as described in the listing, and offered my fiancé and I everything we needed on our four day trip to Chico. The house is located in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood, close to downtown and area attractions, like the One Mile Swimming Pool. We could get to restaurants and shopping within five minutes by car, so all amenities were nearby. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book the property again. »
