#### Recommend 10/10 stay 

Extremely private, clean, and well maintained space. Great shower! Awesome off street parking! Within 10-15 min from anything you’d want - gym, restaurants, etc. The host had great communication and was very accommodating. This will be my first option when I’m visiting Chico.

We were told that there were 2 beds and that sleeps 4 people. In reality there were only 1 bed. I hd to buy an air mattress from walmart for almos 60\. We were provided with bedding and pillows.
