A no-frills property, in a great location, that is well run by friendly and accommodating staff. Shared areas are being cleaned regularly and I had no problem spending a few nights there in a solo room and would consider it again for a budget stay.

Best place to stay in Seoul! The host is very nice, room is very clean and location is the best just few minutes walk to Seoul station. Many cute coffee shops in just few blocks away.

Stayed 5 nights. Owner communicates well when you have a question. My room was tiny. There was a table, chair, lamp and a single bed. There was a rack to hang clothes by the foot of the bed, and whats left of the floor space was just enough to open a small-medium suitcase. Location is a 2-3 minute walk to Seoul subway station (Line 4) and 2 stations away and you’re in Myeondong. Maybe 3-4 minutes when going back to the house as its slightly up a slope. 7-eleven is a few steps away. Cleanliness is okay. Steep and low-ceiling steps to go up and down to the kitchen and common room (located in basement). Breakfast was brewed coffee, juice, teas, toasted bread butter and jam. Water dispenser on all floors. Fresh towels available everyday. Overall for the price i paid , its okay- just remember its a guesthouse not a hotel. But verything you need is there. I’m happy with it.

The host was the friendliest and most helpful person I have ever known. He responded quickly to messages, he was always available. He is the best! The room was quite nice, I had enough space in it. The guesthouse is really close to Seoul Station so it is easy to get anywhere.

서울역 12번 게이트에서 나오면 금방이라 위치가 너무 좋았고요, 객실 내부도 깔끔하고 각 방마다 햇빛이 잘 들어와서 막힌 느낌이 없었고, 밤에 잘때에도 주택가처럼 너무 조용해서 잠도 잘잤습니다.지하 1층의 조식 코너도 잘 준비되어 아침 먹으면서 커피 한잔도 할수 있어서 여러가지로 좋았습니다. 추가로 지하 1층에 프린터가 있어서 서류 프린트를 할때도 밖에 안나가도 되니 정말 편리하였습니다. 저는 3층에 묶었는데 3층 입구에 별도 냉장고가 있어서 밖에서 사가지고 온 식품 보관도 편리하게 하였네요..감사합니다..

일단 서울역에 가까워서 좋습니다. 화장실의 경우 폼클렌징,샴푸,바디워시,치약 전부 다 비치되어 있으며 수건도 많아서 칫솔만 가지고 오시면 되고 물의 경우 정수기가 있지만 3층은 물이 안 나와서 2층에서 마셨고 종이컵 불편하니 텀블러 가지고 가시면 좋겠네요. 방음은 잘 되는 편인지는 모르겠습니다. 그리고 아침 조식은 시리얼,우유,식빵,딸기잼,버터잼 이렇게 비치되어있고 컴퓨터하고 프린터기 있으니 사용하시면 되겠습니다. 저는 괜찮은 숙소라고 생각합니다

혼자 머물기 좋은 곳입니다! 서울역과 가깝고 주변에 식당, 카페도 어느정도 있습니다. 사장님도 친절하시고, 간단하지만 조식도 챙길 수 있습니다. 외부 일정이 많고 숙소에서는 쉬거나 잠만 잘 분들이라면 꽤 괜찮은 숙소라고 생각합니다. 다만 방음이 잘 안 되긴 하니, 소리에 민감하신 분들은 고려해서 정하시면 좋을 것 같습니다.

Seamless and comfortable stay! Convenient location for bus or subway and airport express link. Bag storage safe and seamless. Breakfast superb! (Egg,Milk,juice,bread,spreads).real coffee machine an absolute bonus!!!! Laundry free too. WiFi fast and constant. Will definitely be back!
Best absolute necessity provided in winter!!!! Warm and comfortable sleep at night even at subzero temperatures 😍
