Hotel is quiet. The breakfast is simple and space is small but the staff are willing to help. What we loved most was the staff. From helping to collect our parcels, storing our luggage, providing an extra key and lastly for helping us get a taxi to Seoul station - note for the distance it is VERY difficult to get a taxi but we needed one due to the amount of bags (6 luggage!). The staff walked with us to exit 10 and helped us get a jumbo. There’s also a bad plumbing smell in the basement laundry area. Other than that, my kids loved the human-less front desk and the robot that delivery extra towel to us everyday. There were some slight issues with cleanliness as we found old contact lenses on the carpet which was a bit gross. They even provided a robe for us. The location was great, walking distance away from the bustling Myeongdong.
